Do you expect perfection with one stroke of the pen? Everything needs to be worked on... from Republican government to village government. Nothing works perfectly. The struggle to make a better life will not come quickly, easily or without sacrifice. You said it yourself, America is a child. It will take decades, centuries, eons to make it a better place... but you should still try.
