Phrenology doesn't sound like a complete album to me, but rather just a collection of songs ranging from mediocre to good. Quality, for whatever faults one wants to pin on it, sounds like a complete album, intro to ending. Start to finish it's solid, and since the beats slipped a little, this can all largerly be attributed to the skills of one Talib Kweli.
