"Building A PC-Based Recording Studio"


          

We have the PC (1 ghz, 40 Gig Hardrive, etc).

We need a soundcard (8 outputs), a platform to sample, create and mixdown on, mics and headphones.

Our budget's about 1,000-1,500 or so. Help us out. Give suggestions/tutorials/links...anything.
