You know those songs or albums that got so much play on your block that you'd have thought they were topping the charts ... I remember going back to NY in 83 with my boy to visit his cousin and being shocked they didn't know Steve Arrington had a solo album out... you couldn't go anywhere out in Cali that summer without hearing Weak at the Knees and Nobody Can Be You ... It fascinates me how a song, album or artist can blow up regionally but not make any noise somewhere else.
