But what I'm saying is they wouldn't have said indefinitely if they knew for sure he'd be back game 1. They could have just made it a small deal if it's really a small deal like y'all are making it and said " hey guys Steve isn't here today and won't be back but he'll be back by start of season"
In not the one who came in the post acting so sure he'd be back by beginning of the season like back surgery is no big deal lol

I didn't realize the main thing you were focusing on was the "indefinite" part...that read as an add-on to your subject sentence.
No idea if he will be back by game 1 or not but "indefinite" with a back surgery is the smart timetable because there is no defined timetable like many other injuries...it's very person dependent.

1. The first bet is determined by the back injury only. So, like, he comes back from the back injury in two weeks, then misses the upcoming game for something unforeseen, then no bet.
2. Warriors better than the Rockets, no matter the coach. You want to take this to the end of regular season, or post season. So like, the Rockets end with the better regular season record, but the Warriors go further in the play-offs, the Dubs still better, right? Let me know.

I don't care enough to know when Kerr is supposed to come back, but I assume sometime before the playoffs.
Luke could be a great coach, possibly better than Kerr, but the point is you should probably chill on declaring him better until he wins a title as a head coach.
Either way I don't care if he's better or not, so carry on.

the dub's hot start to the 1st 1/4 of the season really masked some of his deficiencies
but then injury bug and a little fatigue set in on our squad... there was a couple losses we've had that I'm confident in saying we wouldn't if Kerr was coaching
