He and his wife are “fans” and it’s like a work project to understand how to be a fan. Putting games in their google calendar and shit.
My coworker just did the Caucasian version of Hakeem describing hockey.
Him: Guess what? The Hurricanes of Carolina defeated the Flyers of Philly las tonight.
Me: I’m from Pittsburgh. We don’t care about that shit until the playoffs.

He had no idea who they were. I found out after he made small talk with me, instead of not apologizing for holding up the line while he figured out how to find his Amazon prime number. He went through all of his apps, got on IG, and argued with the cashier...finally found it, and the discount was 0.
