The top chefs on TV always use olive oil

But everybody says its no good and you're better off using sunflower oil or whatever

but if you want to fry and need that hot hot heat then you go with grapeseed or peanut oil

It's not bad per se....just that the benefits of olive oil cook out so you're not getting the good stuff unless you eat it raw. But it doesn't 'turn into' something bad for you. Apparently the benefits of grapeseed oil remain intact after frying.

And the brand I use has the string.

I was so mad when I fried it with the string and then peeled the string off after and all the crispy was gone.

Like I almost cried and refried.

But instead I just ate it sadly.

Today was perfect tho.
