D-Fish, Matt Barnes and his wife all know better. But, I really believe that D-Fish has a greater responsibility to not get involved with a player's wife, even if said player is on another team. He is a coach and given that the Knicks are already under the microscope, it sets a bad example for the Knicks organization, his players and coaching staff. Now Melo and company gonna look at him sideways because of this, as they should(to an extent).

As for Matt Barnes, I understand him being upset with D-Fish, but driving almost 100 miles to catch a fade is not a good look. I wonder if he will get suspended over this situation?

Lastly, as for MB's wife, if she decided to move on from the marriage, then fine, but why date her to be ex husband's former teammate? Shit, at least get divorced first and maybe go after another athlete not affiliated with MB. She isn't to be trusted either. I hope this all simmers down before the season starts.

So, how does Matt benefit from swinging on someone who has ALREADY did what he did with his wife? The damage has already been done. Can't take it away nor make it disappear. Also, who is to say that D-Fish will stop seeing Matt's wife? Who is to say that Matt's wife want to stop seeing D-Fish?

I understand why Matt did what he did on multiple levels, but he is an NBA player who is bound by a contract as well as a code of conduct. I personally don't understand how violence ever solves (in)fidelity issues, but I do understand that emotions makes people do irrational shit.

I am more disappointed with D- Fish just because he is known to be an upstanding dude, plus he is a coach. I expect coaches to lead by example, not to mention be trustworthy. If I was a player on his team, I would question whether I can trust his judgment and decision making skills. I would think of him as being a dirty mackin' ass nigga who may be trying to push up on my woman or whatever women I may be dealing with at that moment.

Funny enough, she was almost 10 years older than me. That "been there, done that" thing she was doing got "old" real fast, lol. Plus, she had way to many issues that were built up over the years. I'd catch her staring off into space with a forlorn look in her eyes. As a bright-eyed man in his early 20s, I wasn't trying to be around that shit.
