I'm moving so literally just threw together whatever perishable and non-perishable stuff I had lying around before it goes bad. Red lentils, ground lamb, onions, carrots, kale, coconut milk, chicken broth, lots of spices -- cumin, ground thyme, coriander, celery salt, smoked paprika, pepper, garlic powder...
... I was way, way, way too heavy-handed with the coriander, but it was delicious. Gonna have some more for lunch today.
