i don't have cash to drop for a psp (that's going to records and other fun stuff). and after getting my little sister's gift from santa today (she requested gameboy games) i am very tempted to cop one for myself...$59.99 used at gamestop. thoughts?

I'd say get a DS. I think they're $99.99 if you go used. You can also play GBA games on a DS, so you get the best of both worlds.

They should have kept that there. Because there isn't a good version of tetris on the system except magical tetris challenge and thats hard as hell to find on GBA.

But what GBC and GB games are that hot?

I can think of some - Tetris, Battletoads, Zelda ... but I can think of more GBA games.

I'd much prefer GBA games like Advance Wars, Double Dragon, Doom 1 and 2, Chu Chu Rocket, Mario 2 and 3 etc. And not to mention the tons of SNES ports (Super Mario World 1 and 2,Final Fight, Ghouls and Ghosts, Zelda 3, etc)

Though, if I were buying one now, I'd get the DS.

My favorite games are The Legend of Zelda (yup, the O.G. version from our childhoods!) and Tetris Worlds. I also have Metroid Prime(?), which I haven't gotten around to trying yet. I just bought WarioWare Twisted to play on my upcoming trip to my parents' house. It was between that and Mario Tennis Power Tour, which I may end up picking up tonight.
