Apparently, he was questioning a parking violation he received while in a Walgreen's parking lot at 2 a.m. and the officers on the scene hit him with a stun gun. It was captured via body-cam, and sources who've seen the video say he wasn't being argumentative at all. Brown has announced he's suing the Milwaukee Police Department, and now the Mayor is involved.

Just another day in the U.S., I guess.
