Yes, legally he can give him a ticket for that but given that it was 2 AM, the lot was empty, and he apparantly just quickly ran into the store for a minute....even giving him a ticket is being a dick.

The cop flat out instigated that whole thing because he didn’t like Brown’s attitude and wanted to “put him in his place” and seemingly because he wanted to get in that car. Pathetic.

Imagine that has to be incredibly hard to keep your composure when you’re suddenly surrounded by cops over a simple parking violation. Ridiculous.
