Blatt lets LeBron run the show on the floor the same way any other coach dos but they do have a well-defined system and they did make quite a few adjustments as the playoffs progressed.

I'm not really seeing this as "up to Blatt." I don't think there is any doubt he would like to return, but there is some doubt as to whether or not he will. I guess a major factor is what potential candidates emerge.
