he talks about some MCs dropping a masterpiece then dropping "doo doo" then puts Snoop #3.
And I *LOVE* Snoop and give way more credit to his overall career than most would but still, with that specifically listed criteria I don't know how Snoop ranks that high. Snoop would be on my list too for a number of reasons but MUCH lower.
