yeah, i really wish there were an easy solution that benefits everyone, because i don't think stifling technology is it. i just know that i'm going to try to maintain perspective and support how i can, which isn't going to these shows that i'm sure most of the artists agree are overpriced but can't do much about.

yeah, i hope you're right. i have barely downloaded anything illegal from the major labels/big studios since ISPs became spies in july here. i've yet to hear of anyone getting an email or letter from their ISP about that, but i'm still holding off for a while at least. thankfully there are plenty of legal avenues for hearing music, including whole albums, which have led to purchases in my case, but others can simply use spotify or rdio or whatever instead of having to download (access over ownership does seem to be the growing trend).

yeah, i'm not debating you on that, it totally has, but there are still music fans out there, so we have to pick up the slack, however each of us interprets that.
