Basically, ALLLL the throwback prime Mustard songs still work, commercial or hood (BPT still HUGE huge huge, RIP, I'm different, I'm good, Burn rubber, Don't tell em, Show me, Left right, Bitches ain't shit, Rack city etc etc etc) almost all. Songs like "No mediocre" wouldn't get a necessarily bad reaction, but just wouldn't get much reaction either way unless it's 40+, because they somehow love that song still.
But it's a few West Coast songs from the last 2-3 years, plus brand new, that work for SURE for sure with me. Mustard "Want her" still huge with my crowds. Kamaiyah and YG "Fuck it up" def goes super hard. Along with "How does it feel." YG "Pop it shake it" and "Fuck it up" are pretty big, but not huge like "Left, right" was.
RJ "Get rich" still goes super hard. That new Bay track "Anti" is major, major. All the Tee Grizzley songs sound West Coast, and they all work, such as "No effort" "Beef" and "From the D to the A." Of course "First day out" still Top three in the club.
P-Lo "Put me on somethin" def goes haard.
Kid Ink songs were never super huge on my side, because they're more Poppy and Radio, but they worked on some early vibe type shit. But even last year, "Wavy" and "Saved" from Ty worked decent-good, especially at Playhouse and the more Trendy spots.
Overall...even though the sound isn't as big overall, and it hasn't been as many new bangers as it was 2011-2014 from Mustard or anyone else with a similar sound....that sound still goes super hard on my side. It's where the Trap songs are the biggest-biggest tracks, but they come and go, and they don't wanna hear Trap but for 5-10 minutes at a time. Our native vibe just doesn't match Trap, so it burns out pretty quick. ------------------------------
