This is basically am I right about my boyfriend or are my girls right about my boyfriend?

So when he cooks dinner I wash dishes in general and when I cook he washes dishes (keep in mind I rarely cook so there’s that but rules is rules lol).

So Friday night he made dinner and we went to sleep before anyone washed anything.

Before he left for work Saturday morning he asked if I could wash the dishes from the night before before I left (I planned to sleep in and leave when I wanted) and I was like “Sure no problem”.

But I mentioned the exchange to my girls (only because I was just telling them about my weekend in general) my girls were like "wtf I would never wash dishes in a guy's home even if he did cook for me, it’s one thing to do it out of kindness it’s another thing for him to ask you to do it like you owe it to him”.

I truly didn’t look at it like that and was happy to wash them (just two bowls, utensils, and two pots) but now I’m like “Wait is he being a dick?”
