but i also know of winning campaigns that didn't raise as much $ as the opponent.
i don't think $ should be the concern here.
it'd be more about ppl organizing and making themselves heard clearly. a groundswell of public support. grassroots type shit. if/when there are enough ppl willing to speak up on the issue and willing to get and stay in their legislators' faces on the issue...it can be done. b/c legislators allegedly won't tackle the issue b/c they're so skurred of ___ running candidates against them. if the ppl make it clear that they'll elect and re-elect legislators who are in favor of gun prohibition then who gives a damn what ___ says and how many candidates ___ funds?
