yeah that was the worst. all that work they put into the tiny details that enable a really deep sense of immersion and it's shattered instantly because you ran into something that wasn't there a few seconds ago

i don't know that the phrase "fully optimized" exists in the rockstar offices. none of their games have ever run particularly well on any platform. i'm sure the loading problems will be fixed and the pop-in will be minimized but i wouldn't expect it to run much better on ps4 than it did on ps3, especially with increased poly count (cars + vegetation) and extra lighting passes. i would be stunned if they managed to get above a stable 30 fps
