My office is moving to another location and we are moving away from having a physical server. I am looking for a solution to house our files while making it easy to access them and sync them on different devices in different states. One of the people in my office is not tech savvy at all so the solution needs to be simple.

Out of three above, DropBox, Box.net and SugarSync, does anyone have any preferences or suggestions.
