2440877, LOL - Magic outplayed him EVERY GAME in 1990

Magic balled out that series. Phoenix won because Chambers/West outplayed LA's frontcourt and Hornacek outplayed Byron Scott.

>>Clyde led portland to the finals twice.
>
>He only won one game against the Pistons & got vaporized by
>Pippen in 92.

Clyde was the best player in the 1990 Finals not named Isiah while Porter got annihilated by Zeke. Then in '92 Clyde put up 25/8/5 against Pippen while Porter had a subpar series vs the great John Paxson.

> Clyde missed the '89 playoffs & Porter was just
>as good from 89-91.

Um, Clyde never missed the playoffs his entire career. Meanwhile Porter didn't win another playoff series after Clyde left until he rode as a 4th wheel with the Duncan/Admiral Spurs.

And LOL @ Porter being as good as Clyde. Drexler was All-NBA in '90 & '91 while Porter never made All-NBA and just made his first of only 2 All-Star games in '91.

>LoL..Tom Chambers is the modern day equivalent of David Lee &

and yet again:

>that was KJ's wingman. The Suns were a lottery team until KJ
>arrived.

you mean until KJ *and* Chambers arrived.

>Meanwhile the Blazers were underachieving until Buck/Cliff
>came along & Duck became an All-Star. The Blazers were so
>loaded in the early 90s that Petrovic couldn't get any playing
>time.

the Blazers weren't underachieving, they just weren't that good until they got Drexler some help. and Petrovic couldn't get any playing time because he was playing behind the best SG in the NBA not named Michael Jordan.

>Meanwhile KJ was busy turning Thunder Dan & Hornacek
>into All-Star while also making Chambers a household name. If

Hornacek became an All-Star by being one of the best shooters in the league, and Chambers was a household name from winning the 1987 All-Star MVP dominating one of the most talent-laden All-Star games ever.

>the Suns had a legit bigman such as Duck they would have made
>it to the Finals in '90.

LOL - Duckworth was the softest center in the league. Mark West was better than him in '90.

>>but couldnt make the finals until Chuck carried him
>>there where he got outplayed by BJ Armstong.
>
>IDIOT, KJ was 2014-15 Tony Parker status by the time Chuck
>came along b/c of an undiagnosed hernia injury through which
>he played through in 91-92.

except KJ was healthy enough to play well in the first 2 rounds of the playoffs that year, dummy.

>>and if KJ played his whole career with Karl he wouldve never
>>been the best player on his own team either.
>
>Except KJ beat Karl/Stockton in 1990 w/ Tom Chamber playing
>wingman.

and Chris Mullin beat Karl/Stockton in 1989 w/ Mitch Richmond playing wingman. so I guess Mullin was better than Karl too.
