"yo, no weekly Futbol- El Clasico post?"

That was one for the book. A 4-0 asswhooping on the road—especially after whooping Bayern?

Yamal mocking Ronaldo and Vinicius
lewandowski turning back the clock?

There’s a lot of season left, but Flick has this team cool in’
I do worry about how much they have to rest their younger legs.

Hopefully this team can stay healthy and rebuild the Barcelona legacy

Didn't see the game, but I'm happy for a strong Barca.

In more interesting news, surely NOW Ten Hag gets the axe?

the last several years of Clasicos have been boring as hell

so yeah, I'd rather have it interesting than Real just dominate

Post Messi/Iniesta/Xavi/Pique and the rest. If you don't follow Liga that closely, as I don't, it takes a while to learn the new names.

rumors of a mutiny and then he stepped down with 3 games left, including a CL qualifying must-win

we were basically "Xavi Simons, Ibrahim Sangare and Friends" that year and i never really had a solid understanding of what went down, but there was odd drama befitting a club legend like Ruud who had been great with Jong PSV before getting promoted.

but on its face, swapping Ajax for PSV is usually a sound plan

WHAT A TIME TO BE ALIVE

Stick with the Dutch route? Try for Pep? Another veteran Englishman?

let me be clear: i am no means thinking we're getting Pep.

why i wonder if he would is because obviously he'd be a City turncoat, so there's that.

BUT, if he could turn around this disaster we have, it'd be HIS greatest coaching achievement and one of the greatest ever, period...and that kinda stuff seems to drive him more than anything else.

just a fun curiousity.
