Okay, real quick...bring it in. I created a short video, just to let you know what to expect during my reign as moderator...you will need to sign something saying you watched it.
Damn, I love that show. Gimme The Office/Parks and Rec and I'm good forever.
All kidding aside, man. I love OKS, for real. I remember being around before there was a Sports Board. We used to post randomly about BIG sports shit in GD. One time I made a post titled "VINSANITY". The joint blew up and I thought...damn, I didn't know this many folk wanted to talk about sports. Sent a few inboxes and boop beep boodupe...we had OKS. My intent is to stay out the way and let the board run itself. I obviously work every day, like you guys...but, if you need something done, hit me up and I'll get it done as fast as possible and we'll keep this thing moving.

and I ain't seen anybody break that one in a MINUTE. Everything else will just be common sense and adult communication, man. I honestly don't anticipate any confusion. No one here is new. We all know what bullshit looks like. We all know what it looks/feels like when folks get out of pocket and get offensive. There are a lot of things in life that are already inherently complicated...I don't feel like posting on a sports message board should be one of them.

Just to be clear, the sole reason I asked was to help you establish what kind of moderator you'd be from the jump. The less room for ambiguity, the better for all parties IMO.
I don't intend to break any rules or intentionally cause any drama.

which should be good for the board
**************** TBH the fact that you're even a mod here fits squarely within Jag's narrative of OK-sanctioned aggression, bullying, and toxicity. *shrug*
I'll be straight up, I definitely recognize the username and I'm sure I've engaged over stuff, but the fact that you're not singularly memorable indicates to me that you don't draw attention to yourself and aren't trying to get caught up in no bullshit. Good traits in a mod where folks is grown and got shit to do.
will be interesting to see if your predecessor's offline activities prevented a more vibrant OKS. more an open question, not a challenge or expectation.
