South Carolina is so long and big, while UConn has the dominant guards -- should be really fun to see which of the opposite side step up (South Carolina's backcourt or UConn's frontcourt)

They are gonna have to use up a lot of fouls on Ayanna Boston, and forward that just transferred from Ohio State has a fractured wrist, so that leaves Olivia Nelson-Ododa and Aaliyah Edwards...
Fudd gonna have to bring it too... Williams is the key though, because she can draw fouls slashing to the rim and if she is balling, space will open for Beuckers and Fudd (and Ducharme if she is back).
SC bodied UCONN at the beginning of the season so they have that edge but to me they are healthier, and overall a more athletic team. UCONN has to play their best game of the season to win. SC can just be SC and win.

if uconn was playing anyone else (except, maybe maryland, or nc state), i'd be pulling for them, but it was dawn an nem all day.
damn. that defense was stifling. destanee (sp?) played out of her mind on offense and defence (because page is COLD). their defense all over was great, and boston is just a force. damn.
this was really dope. and they got players on players. dawn building something.
also liked dawn's approach (basically coaching like it was an all star team or olympic team and challenging them all to sacrifice their personal shine for the sake of the team, and getting them to buy in).

Props to Destinee Henderson for taking over that game. She played her ass off on both ends.
I love the fact that it's no longer just UConn winning everything. They haven't won since 2016 (the 4 year sweep led by Brianna Stewart). And last night was the first time they made the finals since then. Dawn & South Carolina have won 2 titles since then.
I like Sue & Diana together too. The goofy jokes ad stories were fine. But when they really got into the game, it was really informative.
