They were very good, not sure about HOF.

2x all NBA 4x all star (which I thought was more too)
He's a top tier dude in the history of the league (I dunno what is that - top 15-20%? I'd call that elite, but that's me). Is he superstar level? Of course not. He's maaaaaybe Hall of Fame but probably not. But he was so good and ahead of his time. Similar to Kirelenko I guess.
