It's not exactly the same as Giannis vs Joel. If either of those two are off on the offensive end, neither team really has a chance. Ayton just has to contribute and do his supporting job.

Giannis is just probably the most unstoppable player in the world today, and Embiid has played out of his mind the last couple months.
I think Ayton will be one of the better defensive bigs in the playoffs. It just won't matter against a guy like Giannis. Unless you have, like, a healthy and fully engaged Anthony Davis, I don't really know who does anything but slightly slow Giannis down, lol.

but the Suns are consistently good. Like "anyone on any given night, and to sustain in a series good".
Only team I really seeing giving the Bucks any kind of problems.
Ayton is not Giannis, we know this. I think the trade they made was a little underrated.
The reason Suns can win is because their depth on paper is better than that of the Bucks now (they had to make some moves to fill the gaps left behind by having no PJ, Brook being out so long, etc)

not discounting Brooklyn or the Warriors.
Clearly, the Warriors are the Warriors, now with Public Basketballing Service Klay restored. But with no Braymond I don't like them against the Suns or Bucks in a full playoff series.
Brooklyn depends on mostly KD coming back and how Ben acclimates to the new team.
Last couple years have been some playoff surprises.
Right now, I'm seeing rematch with possible Bucks repeating. Giannis is a tough out in the playoffs now that they've won a title and he continues to evolve. No team (yet) has the bodies to fuck him up the way you need to. The Serge move was huge for them IMO.
