Cincinatti just scored with six seconds in the first half to go up 14-10 in a game Georgia should be up 21-7. Georgia's had no problem moving the ball within the 20's. But they've really struggled in the red zone.

it was a big mismatch at the LOS but Daniels *is* awful.

He just fumbled the ball during a sack. A play that with awareness would have ended with him simply throwing the ball in the stands.

I didn't watch UGA a lot last year, but it's surprising Daniels is playing this poorly.

It's clear UC came in dialed in and ready to play hard. If this game hits 28-10 now that UC has the ball, this one could be over.

my family is from Nebraska and are Husker fans from birth, and I'm from Washington, so as long as UW wasn't playing Nebraska, I was all in on the Huskers as kid and teen.

Last two decades have been awful to watch. yet somehow the team continues to reach new lows.

Lincoln Riley can have some odd running back rotations (Trey Sermon was great as a freshman then got phased out, maybe disciplinary but odd on face value) but if Gray plays he is going to look good

He was great throwing deep and to the sidelines for WR screens. His intermediate passes were mostly not good.

However, I think he did well considering it was his first start, on the road, and against a quality conference team.

he learned more in that game than carving up some overmatched non-conference matchup at home

With that said they were down two starters in the secondary and had to rely on a bunch
of first-year players who actually fared admirably all things considered.

But overall the defense looked lost per usual and they were making a ridiculous amount of substitutions that resembled hockey line shifts. Extremely disorganized.

I’m all for player safety, but ejecting Ellis Brooks for targeting is just pathetic. That was a potentially game altering call. instead of forcing Wiscy into 4th and long at midfield, Wiscy gets a fresh set of downs in field goal range.

At first I was like get down but it is probably a good thing he returned that pick as far as he did, he just flipped the field position.

for that hit is not helping the cause. There’s no teachable moment in that call. I would feel the same way regardless of who it involved. The QB is a dual threat and running right by the LOS…Brooks is naturally going to approach him high to affect the pass, so he’s gotta adjust in a brief second to make the tackle. He led primarily with his shoulder and there was nothing remotely malicious about the hit. It’s disgusting to see a player get ejected under such conditions.

gutsy win by psu. after getting jobbed in that indiana opener last year getting that W today was critical.

No denies that he’s a great recruiter and overall figurehead of the program, but he leaves a bit to be desired when it comes to game day. A road victory against a solid Wiscy team should be enough to silence his critics for awhile.

It will be interesting to see if Clifford actually takes a step forward this year bc I thought he regressed big time last year. The teams success is entirely dependent on his success.
