Just stay where he is til retired and remembered as one of the absolute GOATs in the history of the game. Unless he thinks he can realistically instantly contend for a title, he should stay out of action.

That NJ job does not seem appealing to me. You've got two kind of mercurial and oft-injured stars who will want to pull all the strings. Maybe Lue would be a good fit there because he handled a sort of similar situation in Cleveland very well. I don't see that for Pop. Going to Philly, yes he could clean up a lot of crap there but they are in a tough position as far as being able to improve their team. On one hand, they don't need a lot, on the other hand, they don't have the resources to add much of anything
