Hall of Fame cornerback Deion Sanders has vowed to become a college football head coach in 2021. Until that happens (if it does), Sanders will be spending time at Barstool Sports.

The move was announced on Wednesday. Sanders, who exited NFL Network reportedly after declining to take a pay cut, will join the independent operation that relishes periodically (or more often) poking a finger in the eye of NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell.

Sanders will have a podcast, make regular appearances on the Pardon My Take podcast, and also be part of a Sunday pregame show.

so, i guess he'll fit right in.

im not sure anyone wants to hear prime holding down a 1-2 hour podcast on the regular.

im not even sure the barstool audience wants to hear him all over pmt every sunday.

he isnt really their type of insight/humor.

I dislike barstool but IMO he’s the one redeemable

and personalities that ESPN tries to force down our throats daily. Why does Stat Boy have his own show? ESPN has been trying to recapture the magic of PTI and the original Sports Reporters show and its been utter garbage. Since guys like Bob Ryan's teeth are rotting out they now pop out we there's brand new "experts" that have zero journalist experience and zero sports knowledge and its just sad. Or maybe I'm just being a grumpy old man.
