My last ranking didn't get 1 reply. Not 1.
Pathetic.

Season Notes: *Shawn will win the $60 best avg prize finishing with the best avg in league history. LOL @ him potentially not winning with a damn near +9 avg over the league record breaking avg.
*Best record is still up for grabs and LABeat my beat both Ern and RBO's teams to finish the season and complicate the race. My team plays a part to as I finish the season with RBO's team who'll likely be missing Kemba (out tonight) and Clarke (out tonight). IF they both lose out, RBO obvi would get the $60 prize.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Payment: -Paypal to: paypal.me/auraginboi or emystery@yahoo.com -Late payment penalty schedule:
Missed Oct deadline date = $4 No payment by Nov 30th = $4 No payment by Dec 31st = $4 No payment by Jan 31st = $4 No payment by Feb 28/29th = $4 No payment by Mar 31st = $4 No payment until the entire season is over = $25 total penalty
This would make the fee $85 at seasons end ($60 entry plus $25 penalty). All penalty money will go towards the pot and any additional monies would go to the winner in whole (no split for runner up).
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ PAID: 1) RBO 2) Ryan 3) Ceej 4) TJT 5) Cenario 6) Basa 7) Theo (aka "A WHOLE FO' DOLLAZ?!!?) 8) Ern 9) DJR 10)Magilla ($64) 11)DVS ($64)
UNPAID/DEBT: 1) LABeat ($136, $60 for last yr, $76 for this yr) 2) Gonzo ($76) 3) Smerf ($76) 4) Shawn ($76)
You all missed the January 31st deadline so another $4 was added. The penalty date is 2/29 by 11:59pm EST. If not paid by that time, another $4 penalty will be added.
Keep in mind, by not paying, this leaves the pot $240 short (standard fee, $304 short with penalty) for the winners. Those of you who have a chance of winning won't be able to collect without paying before the season is over. If a non-paid GM wins, the winnings will go to the GM who paid and advanced the furthest. Ties will go to highest playoff avg.
We've all had about 5 months to pay and tax seasons is upon us (GOT MINES TODAY!!!) so pay your fees fellas.

Caddying should pick up this month so i'll have extra loot. I fucked this season by not reacting to injuries of the pauls soon enough. On paper i thought i was good.

But my suggestion with the times we are in and the importance of November coming up that we do an organization that works to empower minority voters and voting rights. Something that can hopefully positively effect changes in the process to stop people who empower racist and discriminatory policy from holding office.

I know this is the last thing on everyone's mind but Sports.ws might be working through a solution to finishing the season. As there are only 8 games left in the regular season (if the NBA holds a season), the site might elect to shorten the remaining playoffs (if a league wants to continue). For example, we had 15 possible games left (3 rounds, 5 possible each round) so a possible solution could be 1-3-3 for us. The work around that has been suggested for the players who won't participate or teams that have been eliminated from participating is defaulting those players to their season avg. The theory is, with everyone having a few players likely out, everyone would get to take advantage of this. There might be a restriction on injured players (current or who were injured at the time of the shut down) to make it more fair.
Granted these are just ideas being tossed around, but I wanted to gauge interest just in case. We can still elect to donate the pot if we wanted though.
