"What's The Next Sports Meme To Be Retired?" Mon Feb-03-20 11:23 AM by Dr Claw
in the last 3 years we've seen: a Cleveland sports team win a championship the Eagles win a Super Bowl the Cubs win a World Series every damn team in DC except the Wizards and the Football Club win championships (of these, the Capitals/Ovi was the loudest meme) Raptors won the championship (after being terrorized by LeBron for years) two teams in Missouri with long layoffs between championships (Blues, Chiefs) win Andy Reid "clock management" and "big game losing" meme = dead
that's a good deal of curses out the window.
who's next?
I think the Vikes have a good chance of ending the drought. They may have to swap QBs for that though.

Right now the PAC 12 is on the verge of being as competitive and balanced as it’s been in a long time. Oregon and Utah are playoff-caliber, and the coach at Washington who’s stepping up for Pederson has the chops (Jimmy Lake). I think it’s a really competitive conference that needs just one team to break through
