Also for the life of me I remember seeing a clip of the NY Giants Dline saying they knew the Patriots were stealing signals so they changed their signals two weeks before the superbowl.
I remember one of the Eagles secondary, Sheldon Brown maybe, when the first spygate came out saying it seemed like they knew all of the Eagles plays, and that it made sense.

like #1...regardless of whether they intended to cheat or not...they violated a rule. to the letter. and already admitted it. period point blank. and that makes them a repeat offender regardless of their motive. and they should be punished as such.
and #2...this is *literally* the scenario spelled out in the espn report from 2015 about spygate...where pats staff members were trained to claim they were members of press or kraft films/productions when they got caught recording some shit they werent supposed to.
and then you have the base level logical turnstyles...
