when you forced to rotate a lot of garbage..what gives...i want better for players like Julius and RJ...He never plays Knox...but he always playing sorry ass DSJ...smh
Not that many rookie or fresh-faced coaches get jobs with stable, well-managed front offices but Fizdale's upper management has been especially dysfunctional. It's hard, for me at least, to say if he's good or bad because he hasn't had a chance to really teach his system or have a season or two without interference to find his groove.

1. Fizz deserved better. This roster is trash 2. This is NOT on Jim Dolan. I don't even blame much on Scott Perry. The common denominator is Steve Mills. Dude has to go. He's overseen much of the trash that's been happening, and he's always "survived". Dolan cut the checks and got out the way. I can't put this one on Dolan.
Phil Jackson, however, was ALL Dolan...fuck Phil
But yes, Fizz deserved better. AND more time (but black coaches only get a year)

That was his directive- construct a team, but if we don't land anyone on our 'A' list, just get the best available trade pieces onto the roster and we'll ride it out.
So Mills has done this- he has cleaned up Phil's shit, and we have cap space. It is Dolan's fault that dudes don't want to come play in NY.
