It’s a terrible display every week. Players only get three days of rest.

San Fran looked like crap last week against cards ,missing tackles, letting
Murray get off. They were dead tired still. Or it will be a field goal fest and just a boring ass game.

Browns and Steelers on Thursday night?

Either a 10-3 or. 13-10 game.

San Fran was missing everything in that game and you saw how hard
It was for Russell Wilson for the majority of the game against San Fran. Plus I think
The cardinals had come off a bye.

What I’m saying is San Fran did not look like itself in that game , but you saw
Them back to themselves once they were allowed to rest.

Quit making something out of nothing all the time.

The point is teams are not at their best on Thursday night because they are still tired.
Almost Every Thursday night game basically has been shit.

Hopefully it’s epic and really sends them over the deep end.

Mason started the whole thing but he does not get ejected!

If mason isn’t suspended with everyone else, that will be bogus.

Clearly Myles lost it when he got attacked, but he is going to get at least 2 games for
For hitting a player over the head with a helmet. Dude is a good guy too. Damn.

No it’s wasn’t. After Myles was pulled away, mason gets up and runs after him to attack him , and that is when Myles swings with the helmet .

Mason started it twice! After the sack, and after they were separated.

Not saying Myles was right. , but don’t make shit up.

He clearly lost it in the heat of the moment. And yes he should be suspended, but not
For the season.

It’s barely controlled violence. How can that not be expected?
Someone whiffed on an illegal chop block on me, in practice, at age 15 and I just spazzed and tried to stomp their chest in ... once you step outside of the known rules: chop blocks, snatching someone’s helmet, tagging someone from the back ... one should expect ANY and all reactions.

Dude had a golf ball sized knot and his people rolled through town looking to get revenge later that night.

No charges tho.

It’s surprising it doesn’t happen more often.
People see schemes and uniforms and plays and get on about how cerebral football is, but it’s extremely primal once that ball is snapped.

Intentionally too

But they rarely use equipment to do it.

People don’t rip off helmets and swing them because they know it’s some next level savagery.

but that doesn’t mean it’s normal or common.

The reactions to it are correct. I’ve seen dudes rip helmets off and throw them 20 yards but I’ve never seen a college or NFL game were a helmet was used as a weapon.

Wait, maybe in college but I’m not sure it was swung at a naked head. That’s just crazy

and NFL will overreact.

before the fighting, that was a roughing the passer. refs should have thrown the flag and let the game go into futility.

but let me be on the record:

even if it was roughing, Rudolph should have taken the L (he was in the green).

instead, he yanks on Garrett's helmet as he's dismounting and (allegedly) throwing racial slurs.

if the allegations are true, mother FUCK that dude and he should have had a cleat up the ass to boot.

further more, if this happened to Tom Brady I would have enshrined Garrett as the GOAT.

as it stands, I'm a Garrett fan for life and will be leading the FREE MYLES movement.

NFL gonna drop a pussy response to this, because they a pussy-ass bunch of pussies.

Browns won, GOOD

Exactly. That wasn’t even roughing the passer. That was a clean sack to me, and mason I guess gor upset because Myles had some words and went after him.

Yeah, you know they are going to blow this up for the entire week dude . And they are only showing the part when Myles uses the helmet , not mason starting the whole thing.

At least he is owning up to it in the interview. Smart move.

I’m sick of hearing it already.

Now Keshawn Johnson old sellout ass is on here talking crap.

It’s still inexcusable to do that shit.. especially on national TV.

No one is overreacting. They are just reacting to some shit you should never do during a game.

Criminal charges? That over the top but even Baker couldn’t defend his teammate on that shit.

I think most players are just imagining if that shit happened to them. Bad look for Miles.

In response to Reply # 0

..There's no excuse for violently crowning an opponent with their own helmet.

As such, Myles Garrett will likely be suspended for the rest of the season and the league.

However, Garretts overreaction doesn't nullify Rudolph's malicious attempt to remove Garretts helmet after being tackled.

*If violent overreaction to a flagrant foul is reason enough for suspension, then Pouncey deserves to sit a few games as well.

26. "Now people are saying he should face criminal charges."
In response to Reply # 0
Fri Nov-15-19 09:03 AM by allStah

I’m glad none of these people are lawyers. They don’t know what intent is or premeditation is.

Myles did not premeditate. He went after mason’s helmet after mason when after his helmet. Now they were separated after that, clearly. Mason gets up and charges after Myles and that is when Myles starts swinging. It was totally in the heat of the moment.

But since it was a black and white guy it will be intensified.

No one is saying Myles is right or he should not be punished. He should, but don’t take this shit out of context. The entire incident from beginning to the end, from the provocation to the reaction itself. He clearly wasn’t in his right mind.

And no this shit is not even close to Albert Haneworth situation. He intentionally stumped a man’s head with spiked cleats, blood gushing everywhere. And he only got 5 games. But that was black on black so it wasn’t intensified.

Both men are still alive, period. Myles has already apologized, but he wasn’t alone and he didn’t provoke it. He totally regrets his action.

All players involved should be suspended because player’s safety was jeopardized.

- mason twists Myles neck and head, violently trying to take his helmet off. That’s attack on a man’s neck and head.

- Myles goes after mason’s helmet and yanks it off.

- mason gets up, goes after Myles.

- Myles loses it and hits mason’s over the head with the helmet

- Other players come in and attack

Mason should get 2 games
Myles should get the largest of the suspension, maybe the rest of the season
And the other players should be suspended.

Lol now they are painting buster as a leader...

It could’ve easily been a knock out blow if he connected as intended if other players weren’t trying to hold him back.

No criminal charges but he should get the maximum.

I wouldn’t mind if Mason was suspended for a game... but only because he sucks.

In response to Reply # 48

everyone involved should have been suspended.

my method would have been:

1 game for everyone involved: Rudolph, Garrett, Pouncey, Ogun
+ hefty fines in descending order of magnitude as follows: Garrett, Rudolph, Pouncey (none for Ogun, he really ain't do shit.)

that would shut it all up by the next Steeler game and everyone would go on with their lives and never do it again.

unfortunately, the NFL is run by a bunch of sanctiomonious bitchniggas who panic at the mere thought of chafing the ass cheeks of its equally sanctimonious viewers and team owners.

this is a league where head injuries happen on the reg. getting upset about one type versus another seems useless.

and given the NFL's record as to who and what gets "punished", it's even more laughable (and predictable).

Yes, I'm mad. Let's move on.

Have you ever played football? Do you realize the type of damage you can do by hitting someone in the skull with a helmet intentionally?

If you only get 1 game for that players would goon out in week 15.

He has no one except Ertz. Doug gave up on the run too early. Agholor drops the ball in the end zone, of course. He stinks. Not an easy catch but ino one on our offense ever makes an above average catch and a lot times they don’t make the routine ones. Defense gave a great effort, but as a team they came up a couple plays short. There were a bunch of plays they could have made, but they didn’t.

because I HATE Tom Boody and the Cheatriots. this was the Eagles' last chance of sending this incarnation of these turdburglars a "F.U."

the only "consolation" is that they had to use a trick play involving bitch-ass Edelman to even get a single TD. every other drive was a FG or a PUNT and Boody should have been picked about 4 times.

the injuries on the line, and in the WR corps over the season have made this a mess on the other side of the ball. with Lane Johnson and Peters out I'm back in "whatever, just don't let the Cowboys or Cheatriots do shit" mode.

that being said, there were a few moments at which Wentz could have done better. some bad decisions made out there, and it was really frustrating to see him both go 95 yards with a TD on those bitches only to go cold for the remainder of the game. as well as the defense played (and lucky to avoid TDs given how short NE's field was at points in the game).

I'm hoping Buffalo sneaks on their ass, and REALLY hoping Baltimore tears them a new one should they meet again.

it was hopeful to think this Eagles team could do it, even as (secretly) mediocre this Cheatriot team is versus previous seasons. they almost did it given the mess they are. if not for 2018 I'd be more encouraged by that.

but this makes me much more grateful for 2018. ruining that Boody comeback is the Kyrie 3 of NFL history

Peters is a Philly GOAT by ways of Buffalo.
I remember we all went from complaining about him to watching him becoming the "Fletcher Cox" of the offensive line (even though he predates Cox... PAUSE)

and he's been around for a LONG time which makes me wonder how much longer he'll be around. damn good when he's healthy, STILL

idk why but these dudes just aint laying it all out there for wentz.

and wentz is way too talented to miss some of the routine passes he does. i can see how it might be a lil difficult for a wr to deal with the inconsistency and have to depend on the late big play to make up for the series of easy missed connections.

the majority of eagles losses this year were winnable games that came down to an effort play or two on offense. even games where the defense was shitty.

82. "Maybe, but when Foles killed Boody (for a day)"
In response to Reply # 75

the Eagles had a better OC, healthy RBs and WRs then they do now.

the defense actually played better here than in the SB. Boody was punting as much as they were kicking FGs. That dude Garry was killing, and the CBs were pretty good.

I think Foles throws much more accurately than Wentz does at this stage.

those 3 passes before the 4th down bomb (on which it looked like Wentz was hit) were so off target...

at the same time, expectations are lowered when the Eagles are back to "McNabb Rules" on offense (best receivers = TEs and RBs, actual WRs are not homerun hitters).

yes, Agholor could and should have caught that pass. The one he did before that miss would have pissed me off if he dropped even more.

the problem is that Agholor becomes "the guy" by default because all the other guys who would have been "the guy" (Jeffrey, D-Jax) are injured and/or out otherwise.

Jordan Matthews is Jordan Matthews.
Arcega-Whiteside and Hollins are basically best as Agholor drop-ins.

I don't think Agholor is Pinkston-level bullshit. He's just being asked to do too much.

Couple this w/Wentz being off target and you get Poo Poo on offense.

Same game, jabronis went 95 yards with a TD on these jackasses. Weirdness.

Yes, I'm mad. Let's move on.

dudes are straight up costing their teams games on chip shots. regularly shanking extra points and shit.

maybe my memory is selective here...but it felt like back in the day if a kicker blew *one* big kick...that was his ass lol.

an old ass kicker like vinatieri...regardless of legacy...def woulda been cut by the bye.

it feels like in the last few seasons, kickers have become exceptionally shaky. There’s legit like 2 good kickers in the league...the rest are pretty much a crap shoot, from any distance. Dudes are literally costing teams games and by extension...gonna prolly cost some coach his job.
