500 total yards and 4 touchdowns against Texas Tech. he's averaging 13.1 yards every time he throws or runs the ball. he has his TD-to-incompletion ratio is 17-to-19.

Texas in two weeks will be fun. if he plays well in that one, the rest of the schedule is set up for a Heisman run (probably will be a strong sentiment against that tho, since Oklahoma has won two in a row already).

cause he lost his job at bama. everyone likes the 'feel good' angle of his story.

He seemed like such a sub par throwing QB at Alabama.

bama handcuffed him. he wasn't the most accurate dude and bama's style of ball control was to limit turnovers by not letting him pass.

Herm Edwards making everyone look wrong AF (pretty much everyone, myself included, thought it'd be a disaster -- he's doing better than most coaches hired in his cycle).

Maryland went from averaging 71 ppg in their first two games, to 8.5 in their last two.

Duke went into Lane Stadium and demolished Virginia Tech. and everyone shrugged. same VT team that needed all game to put away Old Dominion and Furman at home. sad way for Bud Foster to retire.

was also thinking that barring maybe 1 or 2 teams...everyone in the PAC is pretty much at the same level and every game is basically a coin flip.

We were up by like four touchdowns and he ran a goddamn fake punt. I was watching the game in Vegas several drinks deep, and I laughed so hard I almost puked.

btw, for the gamblers, Duke is undefeated as a road dog against everyone other than Bama and Clemson for the last, like, four years? five? something like this. Cutty the God.

TBH the fact that you're even a mod here fits squarely within Jag's narrative of OK-sanctioned aggression, bullying, and toxicity. *shrug*

really bad play though. QB speed option though? with receiver motion so the defense was going to shift to that side anyway? against Clemson's speed to sideline?

the blocking was all fucked up too -- the RT let Xavier Thomas be the QB read, but then couldn't reach the linebacker. which the TE had to block. RT might as well have blocked Thomas.

I have enjoyed the immense shit talk to all the Herm doubters here locally.

I’m so proud of how well he has these kids focused. Most disciplined team I’ve ever seen. Very talented too but the ASU football team was notorious for penalties and insane losses. I never blamed them bc the distractions in Tempe arent really comparable anywhere in the country.

Cal is good. What a great 4th quarter.

That Colorado game still makes me mad but should be okay.

As for the Hogs, fought hard all day, last drive was a roller coaster. Can you image the shit storm Jimbo would have if he lost?

I was impressed with Daniels. I knew he was athletic and he didn’t have a great night passing the ball but his decision making as a true freshman QB on the road really impressed me the most. His decisions on when to run and protecting the ball by not throwing a back breaking interception was great.

It sucks for Cal that Garbers got injured. Our offense couldn’t do much with Modster at QB, which was surprising because he was good in his limited playing time while at UCLA. Garbers wasn’t a flashy QB but he was solid and starting to make some improvements to his game. Sounds like he is going to be out for the season.
