cats are like “Indy blew it!” when they were down double digits and climbed back in the game - but never took the lead in the 2nd half.

You already know tho - anything to not acknowledge the anomalous performance by James.

But facts are facts: LeBron is the most clutch playoff performer in the history of the game. #CheckTheStats

Yeah....no. Lebron is amazing, but you do too much.

Too many Ls on his resume to be the most clutch. Cmon.

And most people dont celebrate 2nd place the way
you do.

Just enjoy Lebron man. No need to stress yourself
out every time he does something good.

Just enjoy it.

In response to Reply # 10

Nobody has ever claimed otherwise - you're just being weirdly obsessed and only replying to LeBron posts.

Yes - Reinsdorf (sp) and Krause were known for being difficult - but nobody questioned the Bulls and their ability to create a first-class coaching staff and championship caliber team. They were first-rate, period.

>Yeah....no. Lebron is amazing, but you do too much.
>
>Too many Ls on his resume to be the most clutch. Cmon.

Well - the facts show that he has more playoff buzzer-beaters and playoff game-winners than anyone in NBA history - including Jordan (who I still rate as #1 GOAT). Lebron is ridiculously clutch when it matters most (in the playoffs), has hit more walk-off game winners than anyone in the post-season, hasn't lost a game 7 since 2008 (and performs better (via advanced analytics) than anyone in recorded history in game 7's -- so how else should we measure "clutchness"? Should we measure using your hurt feelings?

>Just enjoy Lebron man.

You'd be hard-pressed to find someone who appreciates Lebron more than I do. The better questions is: why do so many allow Skip Bayless/Rob Parker dogma to prevent them from enjoying what they're witnessing in real time? He's the only player in the history of the game who has had an entire media personality/show created to denigrate his character, "clutchness", and achievements. They are basically the Hannitys and O'Reillys out there peddling anti-Obama hatred via lunacy logic.

Don't be like those guys, 'cause you're very close to being one.

All-time

Duncan - 9370
James - 9340
Kareem - 8851

He also could pass Scottie Pippen for most playoff steals, all time

Pippen - 395
James - 394
Jordan - 376

which is my point: Hitting a walk-off buzzer beater in the playoffs is a *big* deal. Hell, hitting one during the regular season is a big deal. There's a reason why only the elite of the elite have multiple walk-offs in the 'offs.

Jordan's not gonna lose any championships at this point and Lebron's not gonna un-lose any, which is really all that's really worth separating them with at this point.

#2 ever is a great place to be. (kareem #2b btw)

i'll say this, tho - watching lebron drag a shopping cart full of deadbeats thru this first round at 33yrs old/15 years in has been nothing short of spectacular. i get why the stans stan. no qualifiers for that. there's only 1 other name that should be mentioned in the same breath as him.

And by the way... Jordan never lost by 30+ in the playoffs.

Bron lost by 30+ in his first run with the Cavs, on his super team with the heat, with his second run with the Cavs and with this revamp version.

†Don't just dick ride his accomplishments to prop him next to the GOAT... Also highlight his downfalls too... Same intensity†

And it's been a dominant narrative his whole career.

And it's a flat lie.

No one in THIS POST is SAYING he's AS clutch as Jordan
or AS GOOD as Jordan.

We're saying anyone who ever said anything about Lebron
not being "clutch" is lying

It's a big fucking difference between not clutch and reluctance to take the last shot.

And Jordan had nothing to do with the narrative ass face.

Yeah, Lebron is neither.

What are you even talking about?

^This has been the predominate viewpoint of the Skip Bayless disciples - and like birtherism - you don't want to look at the facts and reality.

You say "reluctance to take the last shot" - but James has *made* (and taken) more shots in the last 5 seconds of playoff games than the GOAT (Jordan). He's made more buzzer-beaters and game-winners than *anyone* in NBA history. So to even imply that he's reluctant to take the last shot is not just absurd on its face, it's helplessly inaccurate and wrong when you actually look at the evidence/body of work.

or 2008 game 7 v. Celtics where Bron dropped 45.

It's amazing how a couple of games in the Dallas series was used to erase all of his previous accomplishments in big games. But yes - since 2011 he's gone on the most historic 7-year run the game has ever seen, yet *still* there are those who won't acknowledge his greatness in the clutch.

in his 7 career game 7s. That passes Michael Jordan for most in NBA history.

Or as Charles Oakley just tweeted: "Nobody has put together the body of work that LeBron James has in the history of the game"
