but I do like checking mgoblog afterwards for the craziness. it's a good combination of:

- time to start looking for replacements for Harbaugh
- this is all Brady Hoke's fault, still
- (after any close loss) other team was lucky, as usual, so really we're basically undefeated

>idk why its so hard for him to recruit a 5 star stud QB.

in 2014 the top quarterback recruits were:

Deshaun Watson
Kyle Allen
Keller Chryst
Will Grier
Treon Harris
David Cornwell
Jerrod Heard
Sean White
Brandon Harris
Drew Barker

you could've signed three of those ten and still had nobody worth starting

unless you keep hitting on a stud at the position, you should build from up front so you can get away with a miss (see: bama, Stanford, Wisconsin)

21 carries for 44 yards against wisky
25 carries for 98 yards against psu
26 for 101 against msu

for a robust 3.4 ypc and 2 td's

no elite team is quaking in their boots over a bunch of mediocre backs with zero pro potential

thats basically what Saquon Barkley did in their 2 losses and he had his starting QB sooo...

it could be tony dorsett back there but when good defensive teams are disrespectful enough of O'Korn to play an entire game with an 8 man box it doesnt really matter

yes, mich rb's are good enough to rack up yards against rutgers and maryland...i agree with that. JT Barrett puts up really good numbers against B1G doormats. who cares.

all 3 of those games came after speight was injured with John O'Korn at the helm, yes or no?

the same MSU D that shut down UM in a monsoon with the backup QB is the same MSU D that shut down Barkley with a full strength offense, yes or no?

>all 3 of those games came after speight was injured with John
>O'Korn at the helm, yes or no?

LMAO speight been the qb for 2 years and SUCKED just the same as every other white stiff harbaugh has thrown out there. and all of the mich fans been complaining about speight since day 1.

but ok ok, we'll go with your distorted view of history and we'll play the game that the mich rb's are talented as hell (proven by yearly compilation stats irrespective of teams played as this is your looney definition of 'context') and are merely the victims of bad qb play...so I'm sure we'll see some really high draft picks coming out of that rb group come draft day - feel free to totally rub my nose in it when that happens! Just like when the mich secondary was all going to get drafted ahead of OSU last season.bwhahahhahahahahaahaha. you're like 0 for 100 with this shit which makes your condescending posts really hilarious.

>the same MSU D that shut down UM in a monsoon with the backup

and the same MSU D that gave up half a hundred to OSU? not even sure what you're trying to say to be honest. but yeah I'm sure plugging in white stiff A instead of white stiff B was going to yield wildly different results.

Injuries happen. recruit some depth and have studs at the skill positions and get over it. qb play in college is overall pretty shitty but there are ways around that. bama been doing this shit with mediocre qb's and TALENTED backs and a real defense for a decade now. no hype, no twitter trash talk, no complaining, just get it done.

lol are you implying that its Harbaugh's fault that there werent any good QBs on the day he was hired? bc that would be astoundingly dumb.

idc. 5 game turnaround from the year before.

yeah...that goes in the plus side for Harbaugh considering that castoff now has a secure job in the NFL.

23. "Washington-Utah ending was all sorts of...something"
In response to Reply # 0

- Jake Browning is Lamar Jackson -- in his own mind. him running for the sticks on 4th-and-8, then getting his jaw cracked and spun in the air like New Jersey pizza dough, was 100 percent Jake Browning.

- Of course he throws darts for the rest of the game, leading the tying and game-winning scoring drives in a combined minute and a half.

- Kyle Whittingham with one of the dumbest fucking coaching moves of the 2017 season: tie game with 24 seconds left, Washington's ball on their own 30 with no timeouts, so they try to run out the clock and play for OT. Whittingham calls a timeout, so Washington starts throwing the ball and pick up 50 yards in two plays, then kick the game-winner.

the stupidest part is Utah only had *two* timeouts. so...Washington would've been able to run out the clock anyway. you are giving them free offensive plays for no fucking reason. he won't sleep to well thinking about that one.

after getting blown out by Purdue and questions about his job, that team has taken off the last few weeks

a good chance to get to 7 wins and beat a disinterested Arky with a lame duck coach

but the team doing that is a bad look.

Grabbing your dick is not a great look either, puts you coach and team in such a shit position all to try and look tough with a fu manchu.

What is weird is that nobody on the sideline has yet to identify and corral him when they see this on the horizon; it was coming a mile away, maybe a short coming from Riley as a rookie coach not to calm his guys down.

I also wonder if there would be any narrative about Kansas' tactics and antics during the game as a team. Handshake thing was just cheese, but the cheap shots and afters on most plays directed not just at Baker but the entire offense was ridiculous, especially coming from a 1-9 team. And David Beaty's justification/explanation for his player's after, how is that not getting burn? Pointless coach for a pointless program trying to justify having an entire team of shitheads is instead overshadowed by one shithead that is about to win the Heisman.

as much shit that goes on on a football field. Plus, the Kansas dudes were being cocksuckers for the majority of the game. I mean, I get why this is being talked about...but, it's dumb.
