He and Baalke both gone, no word on Cousin Larry.

What a fucking dumpster fire this organization has become.

And you will know MY JACKET IS GOLD when I lay my vengeance upon thee.

However much Harbaugh had done for the Niners it was all unraveling regardless. IMO he was lucky to get out when he did because none of it is reflecting on him, and no one is here talking about how ad why he missed the team's title window.

But yeah, it's working out great for you, to be sure.

In 4 seasons they went NFC Championship Game...lost by 4 to Atlanta, Super Bowl...lost by 3, NFC Chapionship Game...lost by 6 to Seattle and then 8-8 in his last season. He got them where they needed to be though. What more could/should he have done, in your opinion?

Yes, he got them there 100% but I think his shortcomings were also part of why they didn't win and the team's offense steadily regressed.

By the end, the play calling system was so insanely cumbersome they were fighting the play clock every single offensive down. Just for one thing.

Also, a lot of the Niners roster collapse was coincidence, injury and bad luck.

Also it's by far the most generous explanation I can give for his running all his best players out of town.

Loved watching his Oregon teams and in Philly he had some moments but overall was obsessed with "his guys" and trying to reinvent the wheel.

Said it in the off-season post, but this team has a laundry-list of issues, and the coaching of Chip Kelley isn't especially high on the list. Organization is rotten at the core, and has largely been a joke since the Yorks took over for Eddie D. Only time this team has been any good is when the Yorks managed to restrain themselves. But any time the Niners even have a whiff of success, they stick their noses in, looking for the credit.

As far as Chip goes, I know at least when it came to his public-face, he said and did all the right things. He supported Kaep during the protest. He never threw anyone under the bus when it came to the many glaring problems. He even made an effort to open up to the media; only run-in with them was limited to that old fart in Contra Costa who everyone is sick of.

Whatever. Bring in a new Team President and then let him do his thing.

How Dan Guerrero is still employed is beyond me. The funny part if that their basketball fans still think the job is like a go-to destination. Shit is like a half step from being St John's.
