I'm keeping it in the modern era for a wide variety of reasons.
I was gonna put Sean Peyton on here because I think he is really overrated but decided on the Lobsterman because I wanted at least one two-time winner and he has been genuinely terrible without Elway.
Tom Flores I just didn't want to put on the list with the way Al ran the team and the racial climate of the league...ehh, didn't sit well.
Personally, I think it's Mike Ditka or John Gruden.

He coached his team to 6 AFC Championship games. Until Rapistberger came along, he never had the luxury of coaching an elite QB. He won immediately with guys like Bubby Brister, Neil O'Donnell, Kordell Stewart, Mike Tomczack and Tommy Maddox. Can you even remember the WRs on those teams? He made stars out of Bam Morris and Barry Foster and later Willie Parker.
The Steelers were drowning in mediocrity before he arrived. He instantly made them winners and championship contenders. He coached them to 6 straight playoff appearances to start his career. How many other coaches do you think could have led those teams to that much success???
He coached the Steelers through a rebuild which led to his first SB win. The year prior to the SB, the Steelers went 15-1 so it's not like he didn't 'earn' the SB win.
Shit, I don't like Cowher. I'm a die hard Eagles fan from Central PA and I hate hearing about the Steelers. He was a damn good coach though.

greatest college coaches of all time. Yeah he took over a super bowl team but he still won. There have been other guys that took over super bowl teams and couldn't get back. There have been other SB winning coaches that never got back despite having talented teams.

He has no answers for anything unless that answer is "have prevailing talent".
Packers have no receivers who can run the field, nor a line to block, so what's his game plan? If you said never run the ball and have James Jones run go routes you win.
This idiot is going to ruin Aaron Rodgers prime ____________________
