I. Week 7 Recap

The Perfect Plexes 170.34, John Cena #1 Fan 125.58

An absolutely perfect game from the Plexes. Stan tried to out-heel me with a Ric Flair inspired theme this week but nothing beats Perfect. Edelman's broke-ass finger may be a big concern moving forward for ThoughtProfcess but he's got a real team moving forward with Rodgers/Ingram/Hurns/Gronk. The Fighting Carls lost a key piece of the team with Arian's fragile ass vegan ligaments breaking but Eddie Lazy had the bye week to recover and YELDON IS LEGIT STOP RUNNING TOBY OVER AND OVER YOU IDIOTS.

Shawn's Team 117.54, YARP YARP YARP 103.08

Can we talk about bad Shawn's team is? He somehow has 3 wins but he is DEAD LAST in true ranking including being last in breakdown, points, and coach rating. WTF? How is this possible? He's 6 points behind the last place team. What a fraud! Speaking of frauds, rookie #3 is on warning for starting an injured player. TF you wanna come into this league for if you're lazy about it? SMH

Ernie 93.70, BJGELLC 89.40

Terrible showing by both teams. Ernie thinks Chris Ivory is somehow going to save his team. He won't. Woodhead better. Ceej should have started Derek Carr. Both teams will end up in the losers bracket IMO TBH.

Emo Tornado 143.40, Last Place Professor 128.36

FIRE SALE! Although I doubt Perfesser will be able to complete a trade because he way overvalues his own players and way undervalues other people's players. He still 'likes his team' despite 1 win. Emo Guy didn't need to blast Thursday's new album while he sobbed into a kleenex this weekend as his team put up a very impressive number despite getting negatives from Blount. Gurley, Coop a Loop, and Diggs could provide a really solid supplement to Tommy Cheater and spark a late season run for the CryGuys.

Casey 150.74, NYU Footbal 108.82

Casey continues his hot streak with a fine showing in a match-up that was never in doubt. Freeman only put up 14 - is he coming back down to Earth? Was Smuts stay in the executive lounge as fraudulent as we all know it was?

Willie Numbers 125.18, Hof 96.50

There must be something wrong. How could a team with Christine Michael, Matt Jones, Theo Riddick, and Ahmad Bradshaw not even score triple digits? If I had those four studs I'd never shut up about it for some reason and I'd probably never lose a game! KC - can you check with NFL.com? Clearly there's some scoring error here. It just can't be possible!

III. Week 8

The Perfect Plexes v Yarp Cake Thing Something

The third and final stage of my rookie gauntlet. Can whoever the owner of this team is keep me from the sweep? Unfortunately, rookie running back sensation Touchdown TJ is on the bye but a revitalized Eddie Lazy will lead the way against what will probably be an empty lineup because he like 'forgot' or something.

Prediction: Perfection 172, Yarp 99

Ceej v Hof

The numbers say Ceej's team is better than his record. Imagine how much better his record would be if he trusted in Derek Carr? Hof's bench looks really promising to maybe score 2-6 FP a piece.

Prediction: Hof by a lot.

Stunning Stan v Fraud Shawn

I hope that moving out to California doesn't distract TP from setting his line-up and stuff. Moving is really stressful and it takes a lot of energy. Hope it goes well and you enjoy your new life in sunny Portland, Oregon.

Prediction: Shawn won't hit 70.

Casey v Real Men Cry (c)

Guru's got this one as a tight match-up. Casey's won 3 in a row but Tearnado needs a win to keep his hopes alive for the season.

Prediction: KC by 10. His lineup looks pretty formidable right now TBCFH.

Ernie v Perfesser

A couple middling franchises squaring off in a game that Red Zone will only tune to if every other game is on commercial. The perf is taller than you'd expect. FYI.

Prediction: His team stinks but it's not 1 win bad. Perfesser 112.50, Ernie 87.01

GAME OF THE WEEK

Smuts on a train v Will

This week's executive vs last week's executive. Guru has it as a close one but I like Smuts to bounce back as Charizard West falls back into obscurity for Will. Also Will must really love Robbie Gould because he's rostering two kickers right now. And he's the first place team ladies and gentleman.

Prediction: Smuts 120 - Will 101

I hadn't thought there was even a chance Dion would be out, considering he played through the injury the week prior.


I even had the app open to see how the Wembley game was going, but didn't even think to look at Dion.

Odell, Demaryius and Russ havent played very well at all yet. I doubt that continues. With Big Game Barnidge in tow, I just need one of my mediocre backs to be consistently mediocre as opposed to non existent and I'll be fine.

he finished as the #5 WR last year. considering he was producing at a historic pace over his last 10 games in 2014, him moving down a few spots over 16 games sounds about right -- more likely than him averaging 120 YPG over an entire season.

Thomas could score a few more touchdowns, but he's not going to come close to his 2014 value with the way Manning has fallen off a cliff. don't see how he improves much when he's already the 4th-most targeted receiver in the league.

Wilson is struggling because that o-line might be the worst in the NFL. it's never been great, but this year seems like a tipping point. seems like a season-long personnel issue to me.
