Facially, their features a slightly 'softer' which IMO are more feminine. The lips/nose/eyes/chin combo isn't as 'strong' as Skylar's features.
As for their bodies, the gif is prolly from HS before they got to Kansas and got on a training program. Because their bodies now are trimmed and even with the trim down, they are more curvy than Skylar (some men prefer that).

I'm gonna let you cook here. Far be it for me to claim to be an expert on genetics and geological ancestry but, your 'eye test' does little to convince me that you are an expert on those topics. There could be a myriad of mixtures in their genes. But for the sake of discussion, maybe I should have used 'features' rather than 'genes'.
As for your pseudo-analysis of my feature preferences in women, that's off base too. I tend to like a wide variety of things but mixture is sexy period. For example, Sharon Leal is absolutely gorgeous to me and she's half black/half Filipino.
but I try not to fall into 'having a type'. I go for anything that's attractive across the spectrum. I find the below women extremely attractive and I love their features:

But she does have strong facial features to me (cheekbones/jawline and chin). Like if I saw her dad, I'd expect she'd have his facial shape. Which isn't a bad thing...hell we are all made up of our parents genes. I have a daughter and though I prefer she has more of her mom's features, I realize she might get my chin or full lips when it's all said and done but regardless, she'll be beautiful to me.

I know what you're saying but my observation wasn't on anything malicious. Some dudes have feminine features too IMO. Like Peyton Siva...I'd guess he got a lot of his moms features. He has a more roundish face and a weak/less pronounced chin. That's just my bias though.
Regarding Skylar, here's her mom (and she is BAD...damn!):
