It's hard to get the Froch slaughter out of one's mind when they think of Bute, but if he's allowed to fight at a distance in his rhythm, he can be a dangerous puncher and exquisite boxer.
Pascal seems the more proven, reliable fighter - but if his power punches do not land, can he win the fight with his typical measured, economical short-burst offense?

but I didn't see that at all...maybe a bit gassed - but I don't think it was as dramatic as made it out to be.
Very effective fight from Pascal, fine-tuned his short-burst offense beautifully and was well-timed all night. Bute definitely suffering from post-Froch syndrome. He's mostly shot and the end of the road for him.
None of these guys are seeing Adonis Stevenson.

but so is Adonis. I see that as a very close fight and difficult to say who will win. Adonis is under-rated as a boxer. He can stick, move, and outpoint from a safe distance if need be, but he just happens to have lightning in both hands. Kovalev has never faced anyone as good as him.

i'm not sure who i'd want to see him fight maybe Ward's first opponent if he moves up, cause it'll be easy that's about it though getting outboxed and dominated by 1 punch pascal is not a good look pascal was getting hyped thru out the fight but honestly he didn't look that good to me he'd probably lose a 1 sided fight to any of the top 3 light heavys and probably the asian dude too (beirut?)

Yeah, Pascal definitely didn't look "good", Bute just looked a lot worse. Pascal is super overrated and is sloppy as shit. He's athletic enough to get wins, but he's always going to lose to the elite fighters.
