I agree, it'd be a shame to see him go. But he's likely no going anywhere while he's got this defense going out there every Sunday. I mean, anywhere is going to be a huge downgrade and even with Dalton's issues we've gotten in the postseason 3 times. Apparently he's already scoffed at Cleveland. Detroit is all about their offense now and Tampa wants Lovie. I think we're safe for a year or so. Let's gear up for a run.

seems its all about offense this Black Monday though. I think the whole staff, Gruden included, will be intact for one more season. Marv needs to start grooming a replacement for Zim though, either Gunther or Carrier...or....himself. As far as Gruden goes, Hue is gonna take over that when he leaves so I'm comfortable with that
