i saw some very good throws, including good zip across the middle. i have never, however, seen a game with so many WRs running wide open in my life.

on the td to ertz, foles also had shady wide the fuck open in the flat to the left. they went back to that later on the td pass to shady on the wheel route to the right, and the raiders still left him completely uncovered.
the db fell on cooper's one td. i don't know where he went on the other one (fade to the left side in the end zone -- cooper pushed off a little but not that much. hayden just stopped running). db fell down on desean's td.
shit was downright weird.
what's crazy is foles numbers could have been even better. southphillyhands dropped a third down conversion, killing a drive in the 2nd half.
i think the tempo shit really fucked w/ oakland and they lost composure, to have so many blown coverages, etc.
chip did a better job of getting the TEs involved, too. and moving ppl into the WR screens instead of just setting them out there at the start of the play.
THIS is how the offense is supposed to work.
i'm still skeptical, though, because oak didn't play a lot of press man coverage.
cooper is getting better.
i'm lovign the route design where they fk w/ the single high safety by showing a TE underneath on a short post / drag, and then running the WR behind them. all you have to do is just throw the ball all the way across the field. there is no way a corner can hang with a post that goes all the way across the field, especially when they are expecting inside help.
long completions to desean and cooper from that look.
bryce brown looks like he is starting to settle down. great effort on an early run up the middle for a first.
and the defense has been tremendous for the last 3 weeks. they literally had the second string in on that last td, and still did respectably.
makes a huge difference when they can get off the field on 3rd downs.
granted, its against the raiders. but tp fast as shit. and made a couple decent throws.
and lmao at the announcers trying to sice up mcgloin. nope.
