Indiana tempo'd them to death and PSU had 19 possessions

But other than that they have been fine. The young corners are the weakest spot but even then I like Stribling and Lewis going forward as they get stronger.

Our defense held Nebraska to 17 points, which was their lowest point total of the year. That should have been more than enough to win that game easily.

MSU scored 29 points on us. Our defense gave up 16 points through three quarters (while having some of the worse starting field position all game that I've seen) and then got an interception giving our offense the ball at the MSU 41. Then they watched our offense go out on three straight sacks. They gave up...yeah the let MSU get a couple TDs in the fourth quarter but it was clear at that point that unless they were getting turnovers and scoring themselves, we were losing.

I'm not saying this is a great or even very good defense at all, but that is soooooooo not the issue with this team right now. Nebraska's defense had given up over 200 yards rushing every game this year, and we ended up with NEGATIVE YARDS on the ground??????
