>3-time all-pro What do they name each year, two first team and one second team? That's a tall order, but for guys like Peyton or Brady in their prime, it was kind of a given. You obviously see that kind of career arc for Cam, so it's not crazy. But voters get things wrong, so I wouldn't bet money on it.
>5-time pro-bowler What's he got already, one? So he'd need 4 in 5 years. Pro Bowl berths are so rarely awarded to the right guy. Half the QBs usually decline, then another round of 3 or 4 get in as injury replacements...basically, I hate the Pro Bowl, and think berths are meaningless, so this one isn't really saying anything to me. Not at all impossible, but imo, meaningless.
>all-time rushing leader at QB Vicks at 5,551 yards right now, and could be reasonably expected to tack on another what, 300-500? So we're looking at around 5,800. Cam's at 1447, so he'd need around 4300+ in the next 5 seasons. He's averaged 723 per year so far, which wouldn't be enough. This one is tough--he'd have to actually start rushing for a lot more yards, and I expect the coaches are going to be in favor of him rushing less, not more, as he matures.
>all-time rushing TD leader at QB This is the easiest bet to me. I think Otto Graham at 44 is the QB record, and Cam's halfway there (22 rushing TDs) in only 2 seasons. Again, coaches might call his number at the goal line a little less frequently as time goes by, but he still has a great chance to lock this up within 5 years.
>super bowl champion Why not Zoidberg, I guess.
All in all, I'd say your case is definitely an interesting one. The claims seemed outrageous to me at first glance, which is why I looked into it. It's not as unlikely as I thought. I'd bet against it, but you obviously have a lot of faith in dude. Personally, I almost hope you're right--it will mean I'll have watched one of the greatest QBs of all time doing his thing at a high level for 7 years, while being one of the most fun-to-watch guys in the league.
Good first post for this thread. Seems lofty enough at first glance to get attention, but is actually kinda sneakily possible. The most likely-to-fail parts of your prediction are probably the ones that are most easily downplayed, too ("FOH, everyone knows he should have made the Pro Bowl in 2016"). __________ YARDS
