David Benefield. If he can avoid bad luck, he should have a good shot to make the final table, skill wise he's probably the best player left in the field.

But they would get crushed in the games that David is a winner at, he played 40k and 60k NL and PLO against Ivey, Antonius, Dwan, and the rest of the worlds elite players, and is a winner. He is struggling now though, he 4 bet shoved over a guy with AJ and ran into AA.

A former Main Event winner getting to the final table in 2013 is fucking impressive, and I've always been a JC fan - the dude just crushes NLHE tourneys...WPT, great ME record, won a WCOOP event or 2...just love the way he plays. And now I have to root for your dude.
It's going to take some luck but 3 big tournament/big cash game players making the final table is a good look for poker.

They're on dinner break or just finishing it up, and they will have a break later, it's only 7:39pm Vegas time so they might be going for 5-7 more hours
18. "Tran just beasting, he will probably take it down" In response to Reply # 15
I mean I hope David can get a quick double up and then be a factor, but aside from that happening I'd love to see Tran win it. Cada won it a couple years back despite being the shortest stack and having like 1.4 million chips, so anything can happen really.

I get WHY they do it but to me the interesting thing about the WSOP main event (especially in the last few years) has been the endurance contest factor.
