"Current Players you'd rather see retire than play for another team" Fri Apr-05-13 04:30 PM by thejerseytornado
GO!
Mine: -Messi, Puyol, Xavi, Iniesta -Brady -Rondo, Pierce -Patrice Bergeron, Brad Marchand (cuz he's an obnoxious, annoying little fucker that's awesome on your team, but vile on any others) -David Ortiz
I thought I'd have more Sox players, but Pedroia would be annoying, but not really enraging. I wonder if that's because the sox team is just a bunch of uninteresting players or something about my connection to baseball. I follow it more than hockey, but Bergeron and Marchand bouncing would legit make me mad.
there were a bunch of pats players, but they've all retired already.
----------- It's only funny till someone gets mad. Then it's hilarious.

It wasn't really that traumatic.

but just because someone started somewhere doesn't mean them leaving somewhere else wouldn't seem strange. At least as humans perceive it, time is linear.

-The Knicksβ coaching search still includes a lone frontrunner, Kurt Rambis, whose qualifications for the position include a strong relationship with Jackson and a willingness to take the job.

i mean i kind of do, but not really. i am more concerned about guys hanging on too long, even if they stay with their current team. even then, sometimes good stuff happens. dave andreychuk was a marginal NHL'er in 2004, but he hung around and all it got him was that elusive stanley cup victory. i think he wanted to come back after that but feaster and company told him to stay home.
in the end, a guy's career is a very sensitive and fragile thing and it's the player's call all the way.
And you will know MY JACKET IS GOLD when I lay my vengeance upon thee.
