He's not better than Kyrie, but he's not ass. His /36 numbers are pretty good, but he's not going to beat out Love in MN long term, and the team is an absolute wreck right now. In short, he's never going to look like a #2 pick in the box scores while in MN. However, I think he's showed enough in the time that he gets that the smart GMs have probably been trying to steal him from Kahn. Whenever a change happens at the top, I imagine that Love, Rubio, and Peck will be the only guys a new GM hangs on to. Where Williams ends up after that will dictate what his career becomes. I guarantee you that there are people looking at his /36 numbers and salivating at the thought of giving him a role that suits him.
