JR shooting threes like free throws

Our starters on the bench and we still up 40

Disgusting, b!

combination of the starting 5, novak stat jr and prigioni. melo barely scored, didn't matter, fantastic ball movement. stat if he has a 20ppg 2nd half, could be 6th man of the year.

I just hope they don't choke in this draft. I think I've had my fill of Waiters as a starter.

he just looks like a deer in Solon* out there, and it seems he can't ever be consistent making WIDE OPEN shots. OKC was giving them all kinds of shit and... eh.

This is looking like a Nick Foles-over-Russ Wilson draft regarding position. I wish there were a direct line to Chris Grant and the Scouts.

That sequence in the third where JR took three three-pointers on the same possession will probably be one of my favorite possessions of the year at the end of the season. Every single person there and watching knew when he got the ball for the third time he was chucking up another three. It was glorious.

peace, the Lakers had been looking for a top pg every since PJ and the triangle left, traded for Paul only to have Don Sterlioni nix the deal, tried to get in on the D-Will sweepstakes but the Nets weren't interested in trading with us, Nash was the best available pg on the market

We were such a heavily post oriented team with the starters that the PG and SF were basically relegated to spacers...Sessions was not comfortable at all in it and couldn't find any rythym. That was exacerbated by the fact he was on such a big stage for the first time.

I actually said it at the time...I think Sessions should have came off the bench and played at pace with them and screen-roll where he was most comfortable. The first 3 games he was with us, he completely changed our entire bench contribution. There was a game in Houston where the played 8 mins deep into the 4th quarter because Sessions was absolutely destroying them in transition and screen-roll.

it was clear to everybody but him that sessions was a difference maker with the bench unit, but completely out of place with the first unit

Whenever amare gets off min restrictions, he needs to start and play 30+

-The Knicks’ coaching search still includes a lone frontrunner, Kurt Rambis, whose qualifications for the position include a strong relationship with Jackson and a willingness to take the job.

If he not 100 ok and still on restrictions then fine. When he 100% they need to play him like that and start him.

-The Knicks’ coaching search still includes a lone frontrunner, Kurt Rambis, whose qualifications for the position include a strong relationship with Jackson and a willingness to take the job.

You guys seem to be worried about the starting lineup, Woodson said. Im not real worried about that. Im really not. Were winning the way we are right now. I dont see anything wrong with that. I really dont.

stat winning 6th man would make him team mvp, no matter what melo does in the league mvp race. it would show his buy-in to the role, and how deep the team is, and how good the chemistry is for him to embrace that role and excel in it.

Who was Woody's first pro head coach? Red Holzman. The architect of two whole is greater than the sum of its parts championship teams.

I don't think the lineup changes. And I don't think anyone in that locker room gives a shit, either.

One day we're not gonna be able to come back form the 10-15 point lead we continue to spot teams at the start of games.

tyson been going to fashion week and yelling after dunks but he hasn't been an impact player on defense, and woody called him out and he's been better.

shump is not all the way back physically from the knee, and he's young and has brain farts on d sometimes.

too many guards in the lane. can't get easy buckets when you're taking the ball out of bounds.
